Period: c. late 1800s-early 1900s; Victorian/post-Victorian
Marks: the ring is stamped “14KH” inside the shank; while we’ve encountered similar “#KH” stamps in the past, we’ve yet to establish the mark’s literal meaning. It may be a maker’s mark, or it could be an outdated stamp for denoting measured and verified gold karat percentage. Regardless, our own acid testing confirms the 14K makeup of the piece.

Dimensions: the band measures approx. 6.50 mm wide across the top, north to south; the band stands 1.81 mm tall above the finger

Gemstones: Stones assessed in their mounting by a GIA GD—weights and grades are approximate
Primary: .06 ctw., est.; three single cut diamonds w/approx. E-F color and VS2 clarity overall
Accents: .06 ctw. est.; two garnets, one a deep red and the other a deep orange red (though in most lighting scenarios they appear to be a similar dark red)—makeup and origin of the garnets is unknown
