Period and details: c. 1940s WWII era with a late Art Deco / early Retro design; hand-engraved and milgrained shoulders; the diamond is more likely from the late 1800s (re-setting heirloom diamonds was particularly common leading into and out of WWII)

Materials: 14K yellow gold with an 18K white gold top; diamond

Stamps: the piece is marked “14K” and “18K”

Dimensions: the ring measures 5.94 mm wide across the top north to south; it stands 5.10 mm tall above the finger

Size: 6 1/2 (free sizing)

Diamond: .85 carat (est.) Old European Cut diamond with approx. I color and SI2 clarity
