WWI-Era (from 1914) Two-Tone Wedding or Stacking Band

Period: early 1910s; the ring is dated March 25, 1914, which was about four months before the outbreak of World War I (the official beginning of the war was July 28, 1914)

Inscription: the piece is hand inscribed in cursive. The message is difficult to discern, but it appears to read “J[H?] to JL 3 - 25 - 14”

Materials: 18K white gold exterior; 18K gold interior (has a warm, faint rose hue, aka “antique gold”)

Dimensions: approx. 1.85 mm wide north to south x 1.25 mm tall
