Marks: The interior of the shank is stamped “18CT.” There is another stamp that’s mostly illegible, but it ends with a “T” (it’s likely a “PT” stamp). There is also a hand-stamped ID number of “A 1269.”
Dimensions: the diamond measures 6.86 mm north-to-south; the ring stands 5.30 mm tall above the finger
