Period: the profile, build, center stone, type of diamond accents, and lack of hallmarks/stamps suggest c. 1900-1910s Victorian, but the design itself just feels newer. This is all to state that we can't really determine a date in this case (though it's definitely from the 20th Century). The ring has great finger coverage while maintaining a very low profile, and the center Old European Cut diamond (which dates to c. 1900s) is particularly stunning.
