Unique Box-Framed Six-Prong Solitaire Engagement Ring with an Old Mine Cut Diamond

Period: c. late 1800s Victorian--we've never had, or even seen, a ring quite like this. We love the varying elevations brought about by the transition from the shoulders to the tapering box to the prong-set center diamond. Ditto for the shape play, as seen in the triangular shoulders, squared boxed frame, and circular stone. It's all rather subtle and  well executed.

Materials: 14K gold; diamond

Dimensions: the ring measures approx. 6.3 mm wide across the top north to south; the ring stands 5.2 mm tall above the finger

Size: 7 (free sizing)

Diamond: GIA-assessed .43 carat Old Mine Cut diamond with I color and SI1 clarity
