By completing this purchase, whether directly or through a designated payment agent, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms contained in the above-referenced document.
This transaction is final sale. All payments made toward this custom commission are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Work will not begin until both the initial deposit has been received and the customer’s center stone is in the possession of Pebble & Polish.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to shipment.
