Purchase of this listing constitutes the second and final nonrefundable payment toward a custom ring mount, as outlined below. By completing this purchase, the customer agrees to the terms provided via email. Transaction is subject to all standard Pebble & Polish shop policies.
Design Description:
- Overview: these terms guide the commission, design, fabrication, and shipment of a custom solitaire engagement ring mount, similar to item TS499 — this commission is for a mount only, and not a complete ring.
- Special note: We often use the terms ring and mount interchangeably in conversation and correspondence. In the context of this project, however, Pebble & Polish is only providing a mount—not a fully finished, set ring.
- Designed and fabricated in accordance with our email thread begun September 29, 2025
- Finger size: 5
- Materials: 18K warm-yellow gold (aka “Tiffany” or “Royal” gold)
- Center Stone: Pebble & Polish will not take possession of the customer’s stone at any point, nor are we responsible for setting it. The customer is solely responsible for coordinating the setting process and assumes full responsibility for the outcome.
- Prongs: TBD by the customer’s stone setter—we will intentionally create overly long prongs on the mount so as to provide the setter with extra material. It is the responsibility of the setter to alter the prongs to an appropriate length and shape.
- Surface treatment: hand engraving and milgrain, similar to item TS499
- Design method: CAD (computer-aided design)
- The customer is granted two rounds of minor edits to the CAD (additional and/or major revisions will incur additional costs)
- Estimated timetable: ~7 weeks from the payment of the invoice, excluding time relating to potential customer edits and related discussions
