Mid-1800s Antique Rose Cut Diamond Two-Toned Gold Cluster Ring

This ring has had quite the go! We rescued it from a pile of broken jewelry destined for scrap. The ring was seriously dirty at the time and needed work, but we were still appalled at the idea of melting it down simply because the jeweler didn't know what else to do with it. So we took it on as a foster ring! We gave it a much-needed bath, pulled and re-set some of the stones, gave it a number of new prong tips, and we're now trying to give the ring a new lease on life. With her true Antique Rose Cut diamonds and mid-Victorian cluster design, she's a rare old bird and deserves every chance we can give her.
