Late Victorian Gold Solitaire Buttercup Engagement Ring with a GIA 1.34 Carat Diamond

Matt's note: This is one of those "it" rings. Simple yet classic, this piece has just the right proportions, softness in the curvature, upwards flare in the shoulders, and playful lilt in the buttercup. And the diamond has such gorgeous faceting and scintillation! We've compared this ring to a number of similar solitaires, yet this ring always stands out. Indeed, it has been one of Shauna's favorites for years, but it's finally time to transfer the piece from her finger to the shop.
