Late Edwardian / Art Deco Platinum Ring with a GIA 1.38 Carat Colombian Emerald Center

Period: c. 1910s - 1920s late Edwardian / Art Deco

This ring is such a stunner! The entire design of the ring operates to continually draw the eye towards and around the center- and what a center! The GIA certified square cut emerald is a true crowning jewel nestled atop the exquisite gallery of open filigree.

Materials: platinum; diamonds; emerald

Size: 5 1/2 - 5 3/4 (free sizing--contact us for information)

Stones:
Center: GIA Certified 1.38 carat Colombian square-cut emerald (minor treatment, which is rare, as most emeralds have at least moderate treatment)
Shoulders: two triangle step cut diamonds measuring about 5mm ea. side (approx. carat weight is .85 ctw)--close inspection reveals what appears to be an indented natural at a facet juncture on one of the stones, thereby showing the diamond's natural crystalline structure. The stones are otherwise approx. SI1 clarity and G color, average.
Accents: twenty Single Cut diamond (.25 ctw, est.)
