Period: c. 1920s - early 1930s Art Deco; both pieces feature ornate hand engraving
Materials: platinum; diamonds
Marks: the ring is stamped “PLAT” with an unidentified maker’s mark; the band is stamped “PLATINUM”
Dimensions: the ring’s center stone measures approx. 6.27mm in diameter, north to south; the basket measures approx. 5.75 mm wide; the ring stands 4.25 mm tall above the finger; when stacked, the band and ring measure approx. 7.40 mm (excluding the center stone’s slight overhang)
Size: the ring measures 4 1/2, the band just shy of 4 1/4 (free sizing—contact us for sizing information)
Diamonds: information provided by a digital IGI Identification Report; a printed facsimile will be provided with purchase
Center: approx. .90 carat Round Brilliant Cut diamond (note: it’s technically a Transitional Cut) with approx. H-I color and SI2-I1 clarity
Accents: .10 ctw., est.; six Round Brilliant Cut diamonds (note: these are also Transitional Cuts) approx. near colorless and SI1-SI2 clarity overall
