Followers of our shop know that we tend to stick to antique and vintage pieces. We have too much love for the true Old School way of doing things, wherein jewelry making required seemingly superhuman metalsmithing skills. It seems such passions are catching.
After working on a countless number of antique pieces, our jeweler took it upon himself to expand his repertoire of Victorian metalsmithing techniques. He succeeded. He then went the extra mile and decided to come up with his own "authentic" Victorian piece. He succeeded again! This design is the outcome and we absolutely had to have it in our shop. We usually only have one available at any given time, but we're happy to create one for you. Be sure to contact us for turnaround times.
NOTE: The following description is for the ring with a polished gold band (see images). These images show the actual ring you are buying, not merely a representative stand-in. We've also included images of a similar ring (no longer available) with striated details on the band; these are provided to show an optional surface detail. Please let us know in advance of your purchase if you would like to add striations or engraving. Different surface treatments, such as a matte polish, are also possible. If no optional finish is specified, you will receive the ring with a polished gold band.
