Art Deco Engagement Ring with Buckle-and-Clasp, Fleur de Lis Shoulders

Period: c. mid 1920s - early 1930s (1950s also possible but less likely); Art Deco / pre-Midcentury; Victorian-influenced buckle-and-clasp shoulders with fleur de lis bases

Materials: 18K white gold

Marks: the piece is stamped “18K” and “COPLAY”; maker unknown (unless, of course, it was a company named “Coplay,” but we have no idea who that is—perhaps a small-time inter-war jeweler lost in the annals of time)

Dimensions: the top of the ring measures approx. 5.70 mm wide across the top north to south; the piece stands 4.00 mm tall above the finger

Size: currently just over 7 (free sizing—contact us for more info)

Diamonds: diamonds graded in their mounting by a GIA GD—weights and grades are approximate and determined as mounting permits
     Center: .21 ct. (est). early Transitional Cut diamond w/approx. G-H color and VS1-VS2 clarity
     Accents: .14 ctw., est.; eight Single Cut diamonds ranging approx. G-to-I color and VS1-SI1 clarity
