Post-Victorian (1921) Six-Prong Gold and Platinum Solitaire Ring

Period: post Victorian, which is to say that this ring was created about 20 years after the end of Queen Victoria’s reign. Yet the piece boasts a 1880s-1890s Victorian style, including a classic Tiffany-style 6-prong basket and hand-engraved orange blossom shoulders.

Inscription: L.A.C. to H.R. Sept. 1. 1921

Materials: 14K yellow gold with a faint brass hue; platinum

Dimensions: stands 5.3 mm above the finger; the diamond has an approx. 4mm circumference
