Antique Gilded Age 15K Gold and Platinum Ring with a Bezel-Set Rose Cut Diamond Center

Period: c. 1890s - early 1900s, late Victorian / early Edwardian design; likely British or U.K. Commonwealth origin

Materials: 15K gold with a faint rose hue, but not strictly “rose gold”—it’s a unique karat with a unique color; platinum; diamond

Marks: the inside of the shank is stamped “15CT” and “PLAT”

Dimensions: the top of the ring measures approx. 9.00 mm in diameter; the ring stands 4.50 mm tall above the finger
